Terms of Service
The agreement between you and us when you build and run a store. Written to be read, not skimmed past.
Using the service
These terms apply when you create an account, build a store or use any part of the service. By signing up, you agree to them. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to open a store.
Your account
Keep your login details private and tell us through the Help Tab if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity in your account, including actions by staff you add.
Your store and listings
You are the seller in every sale made through your store. Sellers are responsible for their product listings and for the laws that apply to what they sell, including product safety, labelling, consumer protection, tax and any licences their products need. We provide the tools.
You confirm that you have the right to use every photo, name and piece of text you add to your store.
What you may not sell
You may not use the service to sell or promote:
- Items that are illegal where you or your customers are, or that need a licence you do not hold.
- Counterfeit goods or products that infringe someone else’s trademark, copyright or design.
- Weapons, drugs, tobacco or alcohol where restricted, and prescription medicines.
- Content that is hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive or harassing.
We may remove listings or suspend stores that break these rules, and will tell you why when we can.
AI-written content
AI drafts of titles, descriptions, sizes and tags are suggestions. AI-written product text is reviewed and published by the seller. Before you approve a draft, check that it describes your product accurately, especially sizes, materials, ingredients and any claims.
Text you approve becomes part of your store content, and you may use it freely.
Payments and fees
Plans are priced per store, per month, and billed monthly or yearly in US dollars as shown on Launch Plans. Taxes may be added where required.
Payments from your customers go through licensed payment partners directly to your account. Each payment partner has its own terms, which you accept when you connect it, and charges its own processing fees. We take no commission on your sales.
Free trial
New stores get 14 days to build and preview without a card. At the end of the trial, the store stays in draft until you choose a plan.
Cancelling and closing
You can cancel your plan any time from settings. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Before closing your store, export any data you want to keep. We may suspend or close stores that break these terms or that remain unpaid after reminders.
Your content and data
You keep ownership of your store content and your customer data. You give us permission to host, copy, resize and display your content only as needed to run your store and the service. Store and customer data can be exported at any time.
Service availability
We work to keep stores online and fast, and we schedule maintenance for quieter hours where possible. The service is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will be free of every interruption or error.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. For meaningful changes, we will notify sellers by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in India.
