Set where you ship
All of India, selected states, or only nearby pin codes. Add a pickup address for each place you pack from.
Choose how you charge
Flat rate, by weight, by order value, or free above an amount. Mix them, for example free above ₹999 and ₹60 below.
Book and track
Book a courier pickup from the order screen on Growing and Brand, print labels in bulk, and tracking pages update on their own.

Weight-based rates
Add weight to each product and charge by slab, so heavy pottery and light earrings are priced fairly.
Courier integrations
Book pickups with courier aggregators from your dashboard on Growing and Brand, and compare rates per order.
Local delivery
Deliver yourself within a radius or list of pin codes, with delivery slots for bakes and fresh items.
Labels and invoices
Print shipping labels and invoices for a day’s orders in one go, sized for standard label printers or A4.
Tracking pages
A branded tracking page for each order, with updates sent by SMS and email as the parcel moves.

Tracking
Customers know where their parcel is.
Once an order ships, the customer gets a link to its tracking page. Updates from the courier appear there and are sent as messages, so you stop answering status questions one by one.

Free-shipping nudges
Show customers how much more to add for free shipping. It often turns one item into two.
Address check
Pin codes are checked against city and state at checkout, so fewer parcels return for a wrong address.
Returns flow
Customers request a return from their order page within the window you set. You approve and arrange pickup.
Made-to-order times
Add making time to products made after ordering, and delivery dates are shown correctly.
No. On Growing and Brand you can book through integrated courier aggregators at their rates. You can also ship with any courier and add tracking numbers by hand.
Yes. Limit delivery to a list of pin codes or a distance from your address, and customers outside it are told before they order.
You do, at the rate of the courier or aggregator you book with. What you charge customers for shipping is up to you.
